ABOUT

cydus.sg
This website was set up as a personal blog since 2006, under the former name - cydusion.org. In late 2011, spurred on by his interest in web programming, site owner has since re-created cydus.sg to be solely business-oriented.

cydus.sg was set up with the vision to provide IT solutions to aid small/budding businesses and non-profitable organisations. We are, therefore, selective with our customer base. It is not our aim to spin heaps of gold out of our products but to assist small businesses start up at a much lower & affordable cost. These may sound all too good to be true at this instance. Read on about our programmer below, and you might see some light.

Our Programmer
There is, in fact, only one programmer helming the wheel at cydus.sg right now. He is none other than the owner of this site, Joel, who goes by the moniker - cydus, since the beginning of his programming days.

In 2007, Joel graduated from RMIT Australia with a Degree in Applied Science(Information Technology) with Distinction. Interestingly, he did not pursue a career in the IT line despite being well-versed in computing language. Instead, he went on to join the Aviation industry and began pushing tins for a living.

Over the years, Joel has clinched numerous freelance projects, servicing various businesses and organisations. These propelled his desire to start cydus.sg. He enjoys making programs but prefers not to do it for a living.

With this crisp introduction, we're hopeful that you'll be able to piece the puzzle on why cydus.sg is created.
